When you have this Expert Item enabled, and you are on an early wave in the game, it increases homing damage.

You can see in the screenshot above, the homing weapons have a rocket boost behind them, giving them additional damage.

The wave it works on, and the amount of damage is as follows:

This Expert Item can only be used on ships which have homing weapons (Thunder Blade, Assassin, Terminator, Legendary and Cyber Blade).
