Transformer Phantom can only be unlocked if you have both Dazzling Phantom (standard top ship) and Mystic Phantom. Transformer Phantom then inherits the best of both these ships, becoming the most powerful Phantom ship, but also with the bouncing bullets of Mystic Phantom.

Transformer Phantom has 10 power upgrades, which increase the power from the standard Light Phantom up to the +80% additional damage. So each power upgrade should give an additional 8% power over the standard ship.
