In order to create a Transformer ship, you need to own the most powerful standard skin of a particular ship, plus the Mystic skin. You can then use evolve stones to merge these skins together, to create an ultimate skin for that ship.

Transformer ships are the most powerful ships in the game. They typically have more or equal power to any other skin of the ship class, plus the enhanced abilities of the Mystic skins.
