This Expert Item fires a huge laser up the middle of the screen. You need to be careful which ship you use it on however, as it won't work on Phantom, Terminator nor Legendary. You should only select this Expert Item on ships which have Evolve, otherwise it won't trigger.
The amount of HP percentage per second that the laser burns is as follows:
