Adding a Pilot gives you additional features. These vary from pilot to pilot. Typical features are:
- Increased Ship Damage
- Slow down of Alien bullets
- Increased Bomb Damage
Pilots have a certain amount of energy (usually 50). Each game uses up energy (usually 10). Once a Pilot has less than 10 energy, it cannot be used in a game. Any pilot owned remains yours, but needs to be recharged before use.
Recharging
Pilots will slowly recharge themselves over time, gaining 1 energy every 10 minutes. You can manually fully recharge a pilot using an Energy Canister. Energy Canisters can be obtained in Daily Quests and other Events.
