Celestial Blessing can be obtained in the [[Chrono Shop]], in once 10 [[jigsaw pieces]] have been obtained.  There are two levels.  You will initially start at level 1, and this can be upgraded to level 2 by collecting further pieces, which will improve the booster significantly.

Once obtained, Celestial Blessing must be selected before a game, in the same way as bombs and shields.  When selected, a new icon will appear during play, that can be clicked on to activate.
 
Level 2:
If an opponent initiates an attack, you can click on the Celestial Blessing icon.  This will then reflect the attack back on the opponent who initiated the attack.
