When you have this Expert Item enabled, and you have very low power, it increases the damage your ship makes. The power you must have, and the amount of damage is as follows:

| Level 3 | Power less than 4, increases damage ? |
| Level 4 | Power less than 5, increases damage Greatly |
Clearly, if you have a Bullet Level Talent, and start with power greater than in the above table, this Expert Item will have no effect.
