Chests give you a variety of rewards, to help you progress in the game. They are the only way of obtaining Legendary Tokens. There are three different types of Chest in GAAS.
Blue Chest
Blue Chests are the most basic chest. Each give you 3 rewards:
- A basic item you can select at start of non-PvP games
- One of ships 4 to 8
- Either Gold, or a Legendary Token
There is a 50% chance of any of the above being replaced by an Evolve Stone for ships 1 to 5.
Blue Chests are given every time you complete 5 Daily Quests. They are also won in Survival by being in the top 3 in 1 vs 30. They can also be collected every second day by watching 10 ads.
Epic Chest
Epic Chests are better than Blue Chests, because they give 5 rewards, a greater chance of a Legendary Token, and a chance of a higher-ship Evolve Stone. These are:
- A basic item you can select at start of non-PvP games
- One of ships 4 to 8
- Either Gold, or a Legendary Token
- One of ships 6 to 10
- A Crystal or Legendary Token
There is a 50% chance of any of the above being replaced by an Evolve Stone.
So it is possible to obtain 2 Legendary Tokens from an Epic Chest if you are lucky.
