Element Lord does not drop in the way most ships do.  In fact it doesn't drop at all.  Instead, you have to collect both [[Hurricane Hawk|Hawk]] and [[Phantom Assassin|Assassin]] within the game.  Once you collect the second of these, instead of it turning into that ship, it will turn into Element Lord.
